I was happy when this showed up in a recyclable box. It’s such a small thing, but I get weirdly frustrated when orders come buried in tons of plastic, so this felt refreshing. Made me feel a little better about the purchase overall.

Well... I do like that I can move delivery dates around or skip a shipment when I need to, because that’s convenient. The only thing is, the settings can feel a little more confusing than they need to be. I don’t go through blades that quickly, so I wish the options were clearer for spacing things out. Overall it’s fine, just not the smoothest setup.

I was kind of in a rush when I tried it, but it glided really smoothly with no dragging at all. Made things quick and easy.

I picked this mostly because of the colors. I’m picky about stuff that sits out in my bathroom, and this razor actually looks cute instead of super plain or clinical. The soft pastel shades are fun without being too loud, which I really like.

I’d just say if you’re particular about exact colors, maybe don’t rely 100% on the online photos, because one shade looked a little different in person than I expected. Not a huge deal for me since it was still pretty, but worth knowing before you choose. Overall, I’m happy with it and like how it looks and feels.

They charged exactly what they said they would, which I appreciated. No weird extra fees or surprise add-ons, and the bill was right again. that’s refreshing... though I guess it’s also kind of sad that this feels like a win

Umm, I wasn’t expecting much, but these blades have lasted really well. I shave a few times a week and they stay sharp way longer than my old ones did. No dragging either, so yeah, I’m happy with them.

The razor itself is totally fine, no real complaints there. But the whole refill situation? kind of annoying. I thought it was going to make my life easier, but somehow I either forget to deal with it or end up with more refills than I need. Like, wasn’t this supposed to be convenient? For me, it’s just one more thing to keep track of.

I ran into a small hiccup with my order and wasn’t really sure how annoying it was going to be to fix. I sent a message to customer service, expecting to maybe wait a while, but they actually got back to me quickly. I had to send one extra reply to explain what was going on a bit more clearly, but after that they sorted it out without making it a big hassle. In the end, it was a smooth experience and I was happy with the help I got

I’ll admit, I expected to have to buy a few extra things, but the starter kit actually came with everything I needed. Kind of hard to complain about that.

I’ve been using Estrid for a few months now after a friend mentioned it, and it’s helped a lot with my ingrown hairs. I used to get way more with my old razor, especially on my legs, but now they feel smoother and nowhere near as bumpy after shaving. I still get the odd one here and there, so it’s not a total miracle fix, but it’s been a big improvement for me. Only knocking off a star because the handle can get a bit slippery in the shower.

Most of my deliveries have shown up on time, so I’d say it’s been reliable overall. There have been a couple times where I was left waiting longer than expected, which was annoying, but for the most part it’s been a decent experience.

I wanted to like this razor because it actually looks nice and feels decent in the hand. But after using it, my skin got all itchy and red, which was really annoying. Maybe it works great for someone else, who knows, but for my sensitive skin it was kind of a disaster. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, I’m not using it again

The handle feels nice and comfortable, but uh, the blades got dull quickly. After just a few shaves it started dragging on my skin, which was disappointing. Not really worth it for me.

It had a really inclusive kind of vibe, which I liked a lot. The value felt good too, but the delivery was slow though, so that part was a little not great

I actually like the razor itself, so this is mostly about the shower holder. It seemed fine at first, or at least I thought it did, but after maybe a week or two, honestly I can’t remember exactly when, it started slowly sliding down the tile.
I cleaned the wall and stuck it back up a few times, and for a bit I thought it was fixed, but then it would randomly fall off again. For something that’s supposed to stay in the shower, it’s frustrating. Kind of disappointing overall...

I checked for refills and they were available, which was a relief. It seems like they usually have most stuff in stock, at least from my experience.

It shaves fine, but my legs got sooo itchy afterward. Not the worst, but definitely irritating enough that I’m not totally sold on it.

I ordered some razors and yeah, they did arrive, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were kind of vague, which made me wonder what was going on. Not a terrible experience or anything, but... I do think the delivery could be a little faster and clearer.

Not gonna lie, it was really easy to update my details. Got it done quickly with no hassle at all.
